Modio Media, LLC is a media production company based founded in 2006. With 25 years of combined experience on two continents, award-winning writer/producer/director Gia Amella and Beppe Mangione offer a full range of production services drawing from their global network in the areas of program development, video and audio production, DVD authoring, non-linear editing, and sound design and mixing. Their work has been seen on PBS, including affiliates WTTW11/Chicago, KQED9/San Francisco and WLIW21/New York, A&E, HGTV, Fox Family Network, The History Channel, NBC5-Chicago, The Weather Channel, National Geographic International, The Learning Channel and RAI Television.

Amella has collaborated on marketing campaigns for clients such as Logitech, Saatchi & Saatchi, Siebel Systems, the State of California, Williams-Sonoma and the Department of Transportation. A former Fulbright Fellow to Italy, she served as a lecturer in the Broadcast and Electronic Communications Department at San Francisco State University and at the Bay Area Video Coalition, the nation’s largest media arts training center. An occasional instructor and live-electronics performer, Mangione’s sound design work has featured in gallery installations, dance performances, experimental video and films and international music festivals.

In early 2008, Modio Media will launch WebTV, an online service offering clients customized streaming video content to expand their website interactivity and global market reach while enhancing users’ online viewing experience.
